Perhaps this is St Roque windmill. The outside has been restored in by a local builder. In use as a private house. Built by grandmasters Nicholas Cotoner en Gregorie Carafa between 1680 en 1690. There is a coat of arms on the base above the front door. In use from 1682 till appr.1900.
